“I applied for a loan on saturday, march 22nd, despite not replying to the messages for more information, notsoquickquid went ahead anyway..... bit ridiculous as i purposely ignored requests as loan no longer needed, but they went despite them needing additional information, and me not providing it, they went ahead anyway 4 days lateahead anyway. thankfully after contacting quickquid they did take the funds back right away, so alls well, but seems stupid that”

“The live chat rep was very helpful today - I asked about making an extra payment today as I couldnt see an option on the website to make extra payments when I want to. This option would be very useful - I know that other well known companies offer this service...although they dont have live chat - if you had BOTH options this would make you more favourable to customers.”

“Excellent company, hassle free and their services are great! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a loan as they offer reasonably priced fees/interest. Friendly customer service which is a bonus and even when I was dealing with some financial difficulties they were still able to assist!”
