“Once I have paid this loan back I will never use you again, you should offer more choice than a monthly payment option & your staff are ill equipped to deal with complex enquiries. Simply robots programmed to give robotic & useless answer & no help at all”

“"Quick" Quid?? I applied for a loan which took over 15 hours to process and then it told me that it had re evaluated my maximum allowed amount (which was now below what I needed), which was due to an error on THEIR part which didn't save my employment details correctly. When I spoke to a customer service representative they said that I had to prove my income in order for them to change it. The error was their fault they should just reverse it I shouldn't have to prove anything!? They also said if I wanted to speak to a manager I had to wait 24-48 hours! Absolutely ridiculous service I would absolutely not recommend.”

“Today I spoke with someone called Julian over the Live chat and he was extermly helpful in adjusting my repayment date after my error, it took about 5 minutes and it was all done. Great customer service.”
