“This company has gone from satisfactory to unacceptable in the blink of an eye. I was a very good customer of theirs always making my payments on time and generating a lot of money for them as and when I used the service & over the course of a couple of minutes speaking to a few of their live chat personelle (who I wouldn't be surprised if they are the same person assuming different names) my credit available from them dropped dramatically deeming the service useless. Something must have happened from a political stand point , because as mentioned I have never had any issues with them and am a regular office worker with a monthly income but after being treated this way I won't be using them again ( god send really )”

“If used correctly they are a good company that offer a decent service. People slate pay day loan companies - but they are only bad when people take out money they can't afford... and who's fault is that? Not quick quids.”

“What a mess. I've made a payment to clear my account and then another to consolidate my debts, which was made my direct payment into their bank account, and they lost the payment!! It's taken 2 weeks for them to find the payment so they've now applied it to my account but with 2 weeks worth of interest for my troubles! What a joke. Won't be using quick quid ever again after this.”

“I spoke to Alexandra on the live chat as I wasn't able to make a payment. She was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed to set up a new payment plan, with very prompt responses. I was surprised and encouraged to see that payday loan companies aren't as evil as everyone says they are!”

“Your advisors were helpful, but they had their hands tied, obviously by the scripted questions and answers. I dont think I will use this company again, and will advise friends and relatives to avoid it like the plaque.”
