“Prompty and easy - great customer service but the loans auto -defaulting to 10-12 payments (whatever it is) and having to contact QQ to amend to a single payment is a mission”

“brittnie was being patronising and seemed like she was being snide ! didnt feel like i was getting the help i needed and she wasnt giving the answers i wanted . im usually happy with the chat live thing but she was terrible”

“The QuickQuid contact centre staff can be summed up in three words beginning with p: prompt, polite and professional. I am extremely happy with the service I have received from knowledgeable staff that know their product thoroughly who can hit the odd curve ball when it is directed to them. Easy to understand terms and easy to implement loans or line of credit. Would definitely recommend to any one in need of a quick fix.”
