“Bad company, applied for a loan on the Saturday morning by Sunday tea time was still not in my account and it's supposed to be same day funding. So I phoned up and told them I wanted to cancell the loan as I no longer needed it and still funds hadn't hit my account. So they said they would do that come Monday tea time funds hit my account and they did not cancell the loan. So now I have a loan ur no longer wanted. Unprofessional and still tried to make me lay pay the Intrest even though when I phoned back up they told me I could pay the loan off same as I initially borrowed £100 and they confirmed I payed but 5 days later I. Necked my bank and they had not even put this through for me. Avoid them like the plague they pray on vulnerable people at stupid Intrest rates first and last time will not use again!!!”

“Companies like this get a lot of bad press, but they're actually life savers when you need them the most. Quick quid were fantastic and I'd definitely use them again if the need was there.”

“Obviously the interest is high but if you use it for a short term solution it is often cheaper than a bank charge for an unpaid bill of late payment fee. Service was really good and easy to repay early.”

“Paid my loans all on the day each month like clockwork, I'm assuming when you're consistant they aren't making money out of you. After a while the company sort of drops you and starts putting restrictions on borrowing money. Don't bother using the live chat as it's basically like talking to a brick wall. whomever 'Jose' I spoke to was frankly was terrible and wasted my time ending in no answers to any of my questions. Although when talking on the phone they are generally very friendly, speaking to Fran I was impressed at the customer service and tone. It's easier to be worse at your job when you're on this 'live chat'.”
