“Carlos was by far the most helpful and friendly advisor I have had. I contacted yourselves via telephone and I spoke to a woman (Name's completely gone but I'm sure you can find out yourself!) She kept me on hold for 5 minutes and then came back and told me there was nothing that could be done, I was left feeling upset and worried as I knew my account would fall into default and I didn't want to allow that to happen. Carlos was absolutely brilliant and he has left me very happy and satisfied and a lot less worried! Thank you Carlos!”

“i think the reputation of short term loan companies such as yourself is tarnished by idiots who cannot afford to pay back their loans. i myself have never had a problem and think in these hard times companies like yours can be a vital life line when those unexpected bills show their ugly heads. you have loaned me money when i have been in times of need at quite a large risk to yourselves being such small loans compared to bank loans. i for one can see the risk you undertake with each loan and think it was a brave company to start. i thank you for all your great service and hope you keep up the good work.”

“I am experiencing financial difficulty and therefore contacted quickquid asking for a payment plan to be set up over a 12 month period, I was advised they could not do this and that I would need to default on my account...this doesn't make sense I was contacting them to try to prevent defaulting”

“Had to speak to 2 advisers. First one Juan was not at all helpful, had no faith in him whatsoever. Natasha was more helpful and pleasant. However my previous experiences have been much better and efficient”
