“It is an expensive way of borrowing money but NOT as bad as many and they do give the option to make partial repayments which helps offset some of the interest. I have always found the staff to be really helpful.”

“For 2 years I was a great customer, never late, always paid my loans off and the last time because I disagreed with their automatic 10 month payment plan and complained I've not been able to get a loan since.”

“Was not able to settle my balance via website but chat lady helped me and was able to take my card details and take the payment. I was abroad at the time so did not incur expensive phone costs due to full online service via chat.”

“I have never had a bad experience with quick quid before but its been 13 hours since i requested a loan and still dont have the funds and there is no update on when they will be available”

“Wanted to spread my payments out over a longer period to reduce the monthly payments due to essential living expenses increasing and they were unable to help me. Not good for what is meant to be a "responsible lender", I am not saying I am not going to pay, just I wanted it to be longer to reduce my payments.”
