“Still had no answers to my ongoing problem. Had a loan with quickquid, payed it back with no problem and still wondering why i was used and had no contact to emails and calls.”

“Awful slow customer service, request help via online chat to be kept waiting to then be told I needed to contact someone via phone for that office to then be closed, If this operative had worked at an increased speed and aimed to review my query quicker then my application would of been moving to the next stage instead my application has been cancelled and my request for my active to be de-activated. Soddy service!! will be sure to make people aware of this.”

“I want to update my bank account information, nothing difficult. And now I am expected to forward ID and a bank statement. You can get knotted. You happily took my card information and my latest payment, but refuse to update my associated bank account. I have posted my disgust on several forums, and advised everyone to avoid using your company like the plague.”

“This company has gone from satisfactory to unacceptable in the blink of an eye. I was a very good customer of theirs always making my payments on time and generating a lot of money for them as and when I used the service & over the course of a couple of minutes speaking to a few of their live chat personelle (who I wouldn't be surprised if they are the same person assuming different names) my credit available from them dropped dramatically deeming the service useless. Something must have happened from a political stand point , because as mentioned I have never had any issues with them and am a regular office worker with a monthly income but after being treated this way I won't be using them again ( god send really )”

“What a mess. I've made a payment to clear my account and then another to consolidate my debts, which was made my direct payment into their bank account, and they lost the payment!! It's taken 2 weeks for them to find the payment so they've now applied it to my account but with 2 weeks worth of interest for my troubles! What a joke. Won't be using quick quid ever again after this.”

“Your advisors were helpful, but they had their hands tied, obviously by the scripted questions and answers. I dont think I will use this company again, and will advise friends and relatives to avoid it like the plaque.”

“Absolutely terrible. been taking money from my joint bank account with my partner for months then tell me they cannot update my bank details because its in my partners name As soon as my payments are paid in full I will never ever come back to quickquid!!!”

“This company is very unhelpful. I cleared my account on 2nd May and as yet 17 days on the payment still has not been allocated to my account! Quick enough to take the payments out of bank but not at clearing account. VERY unhappy customer”

“your company trains people to behave like machines rather than humans, the whole thing is automated and your employees don't have powers to make decisions. “Was not help full at all- could have done what was asked myself by reading the terms etc- was a chat as was called by colleuge of hers from USA about a month ago - the guy spoke to on phone was very pleseant hence for the reason for wanting to try yourselves opposed to Wonga whom ive been with.. was more a query of how to get in touch with the person who called me last month as he was alot more helpful and said he would be able to help me on next loan if decide to move from WOnga as he would beat the repayment on £400 that Wonga are offering..”
