“If your intentions are short term it's great , I would not recommend long term lending the interest would be painful, for me it is always a short term , so I am fine spending a bit of interest but the service is fast and friendly always”

“Live chat was easy to access and assisted with my queries in a quick and efficient nature. Would it not be easier to allow customers to update account details online as like myself i am working abroad and could not contact customer services via the phone and the internet signal is very intermittent here which meant i lost contact with live chat on several occasions. Thank you for your assistance today”
