“Compared to Wonga early repayment takes about 30 seconds with Wonga yet the QuickQuid site has no option to repay early online, you either have to call them or wait for an online chat person, also Wonga is much cheaper to lend SHORT term from”

“Your company changes the loan rate outwith the original contract then charges extortionate rates which under financial agreement is a breach of contract. I will never use your company again and will be using social media websites to warn everyone else about your company. Thank you for ripping me off”

“As a new customer I had a slight issue with my first application and decided to use the quick chat tool to speak to customer service. I was assisted by a customer advisor called Marlena. She was excellent and was able to help straight away. Lovely service, fast, efficient and polite. Good work!”

“Have been using QQ for over 2 years. Yes, the rate you might say. But, when banks dont help, I am honoured they do. What is most important, there is ALWAYS someone to talk to. For good or for bad, you have a contact on the spot. I have been in a difficult life the last 3 years, simply said, i there was no QQ, I would have crashed long before and all the debts what would have gone to default would bring a bill larger the interest I had to pay. Thank you QQ.”

“couldn't understand why account was change to paying min amount but Brittnie sorted it out for me very quickly and understandable.Email was sent but i deleted as i thought it was a promotion email could there be a mail box in customers account to let us know if any changes etc many thanks mr jason webb”
