“Charita was excellent. Very easy to talk to, friendly and informative. There were problems logging into the site that took 20 - 30 minutes to resolve plus you end up in the spam box, so weren't seen, I've added you to my trusted senders now. I'm in the web dev business, not a great deal to be done about that, Take the above problems away and overall I'd say positive things, The web devs do need to be more clear about somethings, especially on a phone. Thanks!!!1”

“I think that your website could be better layer out so that you can gain better access to your account, you can't really get much info or make changes at the moment. Also being able to make online payments from your account would be useful”

“The online chat customer services are really good and helpful. I missed a payment and they helped me set new payment plan and also understood that I had a medical bill to pay so they gave me a little more time with no interest. The collections department was very sweet too. believe the girls name was Shantel. Thankyou :)”

“Very easy and pleasant to deal with, more so than Wonga IMO, they need to include the option to repay in full on their website rather than having to use live chat every time though, larger loan amounts in the future would be a welcome addition.”
