“Yesterday I called to ask for help and was told to call back. I have spoken with a chap named Russell tonight and he not only assured me, he assisted me with my query and sorted the payment out for me. A credit to any company. He deserves a pay rise and others could do with him training them. Thank you Russell. I will sleep well tonight.”

“Today I spoke with someone called Julian over the Live chat and he was extermly helpful in adjusting my repayment date after my error, it took about 5 minutes and it was all done. Great customer service.”
