“Very hard to come to any resolution, extremely difficult to update your information during the application procedure, as the automated system simply wont allow it, so for example put it bank details and then want to change them, no chance, also you are led to believe that you have passed, given a credit limit and then turned down at the last moment with no explanation, very difficult company to deal with, then no chance of a re-apply at all, until you write to disputes, not a very fare system at all.”

“The website is easy and staright forward to use and makes it very clear the costs and consequences of these types of short term loan. The online service I received was very proffessional and efficient. My only small critisism is that it is not as easy to find out how to repay the loan as it is to request and extension.”
