“other companies allow you to enter into repayment arrangements prior to going into default. Although I recognise that entering into a repayment arrangement is a series thing, by being able to plan it prior to going into default makes it easier to plan in the next month. It also prevents some very unpleasant experiences at a time that is clearly incredibly stressful for the customer. I appreciate it probably allows you to recover more interest on payments, however if you want to appear to be a 'responsible' retailer then I strongly suggest you re-consider this model.”

“I was beginning to worry about a loan repayment due later this week, I contacted quick quid via their live chat. Maria who I chatted with was very helpful and I am more than happy with the outcome. my loan is being split into 4 x more manageable amounts with no extra interest being added on.”

“tried to pay off loan early like it says make a payment but then still adds interest on to the loan and makes payment like you never asked to process a payment for it!”

“I used online chat and was connected to Russell, who was extremely helpfull in answring and sorting out a payment quiery. The chat facilty is also a great alternative to costly phone calls and there is no waiting time either!! great service thank you”
