“Liam: Pamela has been very patient and was able to deal with my request today effectively with great customer service compared to past experience. Although I didn't get to do exactly what I wanted to do she dealt with my queries today professionally. Definitely needs recognition and other members of staff should take a hint from her. 11 out of ten. Thankyou ... That's what I told her to pass to her manager. Coming from someone who works in the customer service sector for nationwide building society. Voted 4th best for customer service market leaders. Top notch Pamela.”

“Was not help full at all- could have done what was asked myself by reading the terms etc- was a chat as was called by colleuge of hers from USA about a month ago - the guy spoke to on phone was very pleseant hence for the reason for wanting to try yourselves opposed to Wonga whom ive been with.. was more a query of how to get in touch with the person who called me last month as he was alot more helpful and said he would be able to help me on next loan if decide to move from WOnga as he would beat the repayment on £400 that Wonga are offering..”

“Wow! Service was brilliant. I didn't think that I would find help at this time of night but there you go, help was at hand! Alexandra was brilliant, she did not lack any knowledge she helped as best she could and she was very reassuring and polite and friendly. Although I do not need a loan at the moment and everything was all a misunderstanding, after the experience I had tonight I wouldn't think twice about coming here for a short term loan.. Customer service online was great! Thanks for completing what I asked you to do Alexandra. PAY RISE FOR YOU haha!”
