“I had a couple of questions regarding making early payments to my account, and I used the live chat to speak to LaDonna and found her very helpful and she sorted out making my early payment and advised me correctly on another issue. Its not often staff / colleagues are praised so can somebody please say thankyou to LaDonna for me Mark Glasper”

“Quick Quid is very good and is usually really easy and straight forward, worry free lending. i have had an issue on my account and the online help was not helpful as the lady i was talking didn't seem to understand my issue and kept from what i gather copy and pasting the sentence about a law! instead of understanding what i was asking her. its left me confused as i have never had problems before. real shame. my advice ring them you might save yourself sometime. leaving unhappy”
