“I feel I am not being helped! I have had a life change and unable to afford the interest on my loan which is a ridiculous amount which it never used to be like this when I took the loan out and also got sent an email to send back about my financial situation which I'm unable to open on a phone and I don't have a laptop!”

“I needed extra time to pay and your agent Bruce set up a repayment plan where I can pay in smaller amounts over the next 4 months. My car breaks needed and this is essential for me to get to work. I was very pleased with the professionalism of Bruce and would like to nominated him for employee of the month. Perhaps give him a pay rise or a bonus. Quick Quid is very easy to use and very clear to understand. I would certainly recommend quick quid who is in short term financial difficulty. Well Done and a BIG Thank You to Bruce. :) Jamie”

“Borrowing, just 200 pounds and being charged 87pound for the amount of time i borrowed it is not on weather or not your rates state the amount, its outrageous and needs to be stopped your making a killing for people just wanting to pay there bills, i understand its a company and the idea is to make money but surly not at the amount you are and being allowed too, for that reason i will never be borrowing from you again.”

“Your system does not accept my debit card for one reason or another. I suspect it's because you do not allow me to select my exact address after inputting my postcode. You only ask for the postcode. this is stupid as I live in a block of flats and any number of the addresses that match could be the address. on another note charging me £19.68 for 3 days of processing time is ridiculous. this is clearly because you have an inefficient payment processing system. why should I as your customer who has been paying you interest rate for an extended period of time be penalised with it. if you want to retain customers please make yourselves efficient. i hope to never to business with you again.”
