“I wouldn't recommend at all, the service I was given was awful after I advised them a loan was taken out in my name I was basically called a lire, emailed a number of times and after around 3 weeks still not resolved! Wouldn't reccomend”

“as a new customer I expected a delay in processing, 12 hours was fair I thought as more documents were needed... now a returning customer, it took 24 hours to process my QuickQuid application without further documentation or correspondence, it wasnt issued until 11.55pm meaning 1 days interest was chargeable having the loan for less than 5 minutes in my bank account! I prefer piggy-for my -bank'ing needs 15minutes applied, processed and funded, never using "Quick" Quid again!!”

“Quik quid? More like slow and impossible quid. They have now introduced policy where you must send your bank statements!? All of this after being called from their centre in Hawaii!??? Ummmm no I don't think I want my details stolen thank you. Appalling customer service team who will merely give you a line from a manual. My advice use wonga so much easier and quicker!”

“raquel was very helpful on the online chat however the quick loan procedure took longer then i hope the very good star is based on raquels service not quick quids as in the end i cancelled getting the loan as it did not arrive on time.”

“Quick Quid has really helped me for more than a year now - although I have just decided to close my account as I managed to save a bit mroe money in this year. My advice: alwawys apply for the exact amount of money you can really afford and everything will be perfect. their service has been always great and the help immediate. Absolutely 100% recommend Quick quid. cheers”

“Went online for a top up for a urgent much needed cash, there was a link mentioning my eligibility and the amount I am eligible for. While applying, clicked back to correct something and then there was no top up link anymore. The customer service agent on the live chat was not helpful at all and kept on saying that "I am not eligible anymore" but few mins ago I was and there was a link mentioning the eligibility. Not happy at all.”

“Always value the excellent service I receive at QuickQuid. Sometimes payday/short term loans are a necessity and QuickQuid make the whole application quick, easy and stress free. The prompt payment was a god send when I really needed urgent help with my vet bill, thanks for making one stressful situation a little less so”
