“You have had a policy change which automatically sets up a 10 month pay back period. Earlier pay backs can only be done by accessing the account and making the payment manually. This puts the onus on the borrower to make the payment but, if like me one cannot always get on line, that is a real inconvenience. I doubt I will use Payday Loans again unless this policy is reverted back and the borrower can set their own payment time.”

“With all these pay day companys you obviously need to be carefull and ensure you are not making your situation worse. I was struggling to make my final payment so i spoke to a representivitve who divided my payment over for manageable monthly payments and now my short term fix has helped.”

“No issues. Just wish I could make a payment with credit card to clear it. Instead, I'll clear it using debit card, and use credit card for normal purchases that week.”
