“TOTAL WASTE OF TIME COULD,NT HAVE A 50 POUND LOAN BECAUSE OF A LOAN FROM OVER 3 YEARS AGO WAS LATE BEING PAID SO I WILL ADVISE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NEVER TO USE QUICK QUID AT ALL EVEN IN DESPERATION”

“They make it up as they go along I had many loans payed all back at least two weeks early. And I get a small 50 pound one. Which they say I have to email a bank statement for. Yet I could get a 200 pound one on my last one. Doesn't make any sense”

“Very misleading, Advertises loans are easy to see and control how much you are owe and says its easy to pay back early. this is not the case, i tried online and over the phone to pay off but after two days I gave up and someone on chat help did this for me. I will be making a complaint to QuickQuid and also to the FSA as i have incurred interest charges for 2 days which i should have not if it was easy to pay as advertised”

“The information given by quick quid is misleading and unclear, on several occasions, designed in my belief to keep your account in default and longer re-payment schedules than to actually clear the balance. Had I not asked the right questions my account would have remained in default for a further 7months, after a so-called repayment arrangement which extended my monthly payments a further 6months rather than 1 month as it was cleverly disguised. --- Can't wait to clear my account and never use these guys again!”

“Disloyal company, I have had numerous loans with this company and always paid the loans back then all of a sudden they decline me and cannot understand why as my credit rating is fine. I found this company to be disloyal to me after being a great customer in the past. Would never use again.”

“Company breached CSA and FCA guidelines, ignored the point when notified. Completely ignored my queries and attempted to get me to paid nearly £800 for a £400 loan over 4 months. It was only when I pointed out for the 5th or 6th time that it was breaching FCA guidelines that suddenly a plan where they could freeze interest opened up. I asked for a manager call back and was advised that Marlena (the rep I spoke to) was in fact the manager. With such a low level of customer service I am extremely shocked at this and due to this fact will never use nor recommend QuickQuid again. In-fact it will be quite the opposite, I will push people away from using their shocking service.”
