“I initiated an online chat to see if I could pay half my balance this months and the remainder next month. After being told that I had exhausted my loan extensions, I was offered a better solution without added interest in a pre-default agreement which suited me better. The advisor was very helpful and seemed very knowledgable about was Quickquid could do to help me. I am amazed at how professional Quickquid is and how easy it was to chat with them. Thank you once again.”

“after years of using quickquid and never missing a payment i was suddenly refused a loan for no reason other than i was required to send a bank statement??? i refuse to do so as i have been a customer for years and never missed paying you back. for this reason i will no longer be a customer of yours which i have told your team already who didnt care and just said computer says no? what a good way to loose your customers, or maybe you just make so much money that you simply dont care? i will be telling everyone i know how you treated me hopefully they will leave you too. disgrace....”

“just spoke to someone online, I have never really used computers before , so I made a mistake on the loan type , I took out a 3 payment one , when I only needed a quick loan that I could pay off fairly quick , the person on the computer chat , was understanding and fixed it for me. the service did exactly what I needed it for , I lost my credit card and had to wait upto 7 days for replacement but needed cash in a very short time , ( 30 mins) and quick quid did it. saved me a huge huge headache , glad the service was there A+”

“I was misled and not given the right information by phone adviser: when they rang me they should have told me that the loan on hold would go into my bank account if QQ did not hear from me....I was only advised to call whenever I decided to get a loan from QQ”
