“I had a quiery and it was sorted stright away. I have never had a problem with QuickQuid and are always helpful if i need a question answering. I wouldn't go anywhere elae. Friendly service. Well happy with them”

“The comapny states it is a quick and painless application, well after 6 hours of waiting,plus 46 minutes on the phone with an advisor, I was still none the wiser to whether I had been accepted or not. Stress we can all do without considering the amount we have to pay back !! Would not use this company nor recommend it to anyone.”

“I need to know what the balance, payments and term would be if I made a large part payment. Unfortunately QuickQuid are not capable of doing this which I find incredible when they can do it for taking out of extra cash or for new customers. I'm absolutely disgusted that QuickQuid are using the system as a feeble excuse to not provide this information. Until now I have been happy with my flex account with QuickQuid but now I will soon make a full payment and I will consider closing the facility.”

“I received 2 calls from you and an answer phone message to contact you urgently. I have never had an application with you and despite telling that to the lady on the live chat she still insisted on asking me to provide my personal details. I felt I was repeating myself. I didn't really get an answer as to why you were ringing me.”
