I found that the time between money leaving my bank and being updated onto my quickquid account took far to long and it wasn't possible to trace where my money was, and it meant if any more loans where required they were not possible to obtain during this time witch could take up to 5 days its bullshit

I requested a loan as an existing customer and was approved, received an email stating everything had been processed and waiting for funds to transfer but when I went onto my account to check update, it had then been put on hold. I went onto live chat who cancelled my loan without telling me (as I received an email) and nothing they could do. Do not trust that when you have been approved that you are approved, very disappointed.

I applied for loan at 11.40am it was approved and I have received email saying that funds will be in my bank in 10 minutes. But 3 hours and no funds . What's the whole point to pay heavy interest if quick quid can't provide decent time frame

the person i was talking to richard was very rude and condescending didnt want to help at all trying to pay full balance and he told me this is not possible

i am a disabled person that does everything on-line from shopping to on-line banking i don't receive any bank statement as i do everything on-line i got in touch with this company to change my bank details and card details only to be treated like some person who commits fraud as a disabled person and giving my new details to told i had to send in a bank statement to prove this was my own account it was very upsetting for me and when i told them i don't receive bank statement to be told to send in a picture of my account is a disgrace as i don't have a camera neither do i use a mobile phone and that you will not change my account details till i can prove this well thanks very much i don't like being told i commit fraud i will not be using this service again if this is the way you treat disabled people

Pathetic service both on the phone and via live chat. Staff are all very arrogant and just flat out refuse to listen to customers. I have tried to request a new password for weeks and am still waiting, so now I can't log into my account or create another account because it says your already registered. These people are too busy with there heads up there arses to send an email. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was closed from the live chat before the issue was resolved, I am disgusted and irritated and now very let down that a representative, Marie! could not stay o the line to resolve my query

The girl on live chat ws lovely but the customer servic.es r terrible ignoring e-mails and leaving u with nothing 2 live on even though u have asked 4 there help b4 due date

Should be able to answer a question as simple as "what are the last 4 didgits of the card on file" REALLY - should be able to update my own debit card information online, which would take MINUTES, this took almost an HOUR of faffing around. I will not be using QuickQuid again.

interest rate disgusting! The interest keeps increasing it is never ending! Think very carefully before you use this company, you will be in much more debt that you are now!

Couldn't help me at all just told me to contact someone else. Very poor I'm afraid especially as an existing customer who has paid of all previous loans no problem at all
