“Loan was quick, very impressed. Unfortunately I was not eligible for a top up even though I could apply for another £250. But this was no use as you don't offer multiple loans at one time. So kind of left me struggling when I thought I could depend on you. Would possibly use you again, but now I am going to look around for another company to lend me the £50 I need. So will see how they work! Thankyou.”

“The representative's name was Maya, according to the chat. This person was extremely helpful and understanding and I feel did everything in their power to assist me with my query. As it was fairly complex, and I definitely feel as if I became irate (although not with Maya, at the situation) this person handled it more than extremely well, and I hope this person is rewarded for their excellent customer service and outstanding capabilities in dealing with a somewhat complex situation.”

“This company is very unhelpful. I cleared my account on 2nd May and as yet 17 days on the payment still has not been allocated to my account! Quick enough to take the payments out of bank but not at clearing account. VERY unhappy customer”
