My Quictent was damaged in a storm. I email Quictent and they sent me the replacement parts as quick as they could. Customer service was awesome. Keep up the good work Quictent.

Originally, I ordered KingBird brand raised garden beds from Amazon but needed to buy a few parts that I misplaced. After finding the customer service email listed on the instructions provided in the box and emailing them, they were able to get me the parts I needed quickly. I am very impressed with their help and can now put my raised garden beds together. I'm so happy with their help and support! They were friendly, professional, and expedient--and helped me get what I needed. :-)

This product advertises to protect from rain and sun. The fabric is very thin and does not fit snug on frame. Stakes are so thin that they do not hold frame tightly to the ground. When you attach a side, it becomes a sail even in the slightest wind. What protection does that give you and your belongings? Great concept but poor materials. Sorry I bought this QuikTent. I would not recommend it to anyone.!!

Three vertical poles were damaged when I received the 10x20 Quictent. I reported the damage and requested replacement poles. Jenna promptly responded and started the replacement process. She keep me posted on the status and requested feedback on what might have caused the problem so it could be corrected.

When I placed my order I did not receive an email confirmation so had to confirm my order with the customer service department at Quictent. They responded immediately, assured me that the order was processing and even sent me a follow up email to make sure I received the package. Great customer service!

The frame of my quictent was damaged in a rainstorm and some of the struts bent or were broken. I contacted quictent and were sent replacement parts very quickly at no cost. Now my tent is back in action! Very diligent follow up from customer service. Thanks.

Ordered Carport Model:GM1102. Item received in-time. One leg assembly was missing (#5 & #6). However, Jenna from Quictent Customer Support was very diligent in following thru to replace missing parts in-time as well. Overall I am happy customer.

I emailed Milka the representative for Quictent about a small rip and was contacted immediately and was happy to help me solve the problem! Also contacted me days later to make sure i was pleased with replacement! Excellent customer service! Very pleased with how this was handled! Thank you!

The poles from my tent bent due to the wind. I thought for sure I’d have to buy a new tent. Quictent helped me replace the poles. That’s the kind of customer service every company should have.

We recently bought a quictent 10x10 screened in pop up and it was damaged and couldn't be salvaged. Green from quictent customer service was courteous through the whole thing and helped me with getting a replacement. Even if your tent gets damaged the customer service team at quictent will work with you to get you the part you need replaced and get you back to enjoying the outside sitting under you tent again. We love our quictent and recommend them highly to everyone!
