“I love my green house. After a devistating storm it collapsed in a broken mess. Customer service helped me order new pieces and I was successfully able to rebuild my love. This company, their products, and their customer service department is absolutely wonderful!”

“OMG! This company as amazing. I had an issue with my motorcycle cover due to the high winds. It basically destroyed the pipes. The cover itself however held up beautifully. I inquired about replacement parts. Instead, they replaced the whole thing for just the cost of shipping. Amazing. Very quick response, and great customer service!!”

“We have an 8x8 foot pop up canopy from Quictent. We ordered it last spring and used it all summer long with great success. We never had any issue with it blowing around (we did weigh it down with sand bags at all four corners since it is on a concrete patio). It sets up easily and gives great shade. We stored it away for winter and are looking forward to using it again this summer. We had some user error that led to a tear (no fault of the canopy), but the company has been very responsive in helping us order a replacement part. Great product and excellent customer service.”

“Thank you for allowing me to get additional parts for my order. I have not put it up yet due to the weather and I'm really looking forward in using it. I'm glad to give you additional information on how the parts didn't stay latched and hope your engineers fix this issue. It's a nice size and I love the two doors. I will be reinforcing our and adding sand bags to keep it from blowing away. I love the fact that it's easy to take down and moved.”

“I wish you had a rating higher than 10. I found out through working with Yummy this company has a lot higher standards and excellent business ethics than I have ever seen as a consumer. The quality of the product exceeded my expectations but the service you provide exceeds even more. I am very happy I chose Quictent for my needs. I will need a new canopy top every year and love that Yummy made it so easy and non-stressful to order one. Talk with you again Yummy Next Year. Great job and yummy has the best customer service skills working with consumers.”

“We were missing some hardware for our greenhouse. I reached out through email service and Jasmine quickly responded. She assured me this would be taken care. She delivered her promise and in just a few short days we received our hardware. I can’t say enough about the fine service of this company. We will be using them again, and we highly recommend to anyone needing purchases similar to ours. We have the 25 X 10 greenhouse. Sherrie B”
