“Cicely was a great help person. I didn't have some parts, I may have misplaced them or didn't receive them, I had had them for a few months and didn't get them put together right away. Anyway, Cicely was right on it, got the parts I needed ASAP.”

“I have purchased 2 Quictent,gave one to a friend with a business.Michigan weather damaged both same month.I reached out to Cicely,with Quictent customer service,quickly & precisely shipped parts to me.She is amazing to work with-friendly,watching out for details-VERY HAPPY with the company!!!!”

“During the pandemic we've had to order numerous tents for all 4 of our restaurants. Quictent has the best quality product out there for the best price and has great customer service. We've needed replacements due to very bad weather and had received the needed parts in a very short time. They're great.”

“The cover for our greenhouse had a section where it was not attached to the edging. Sent an email to customer service and within the same week they are shipping out a replacement. Thank you for being so prompt!”

“We've had our canopy for about 2 yrs,found ourselves needed a replacement part, emailed customer service and talked to Doria w/Quictent She was very helpful and we received our part in about 3 days after the order was processed. “Yummy has been helping me get some replacement parts for my party tents tents that I had ordered for my wedding day. “Yummy has been right on top of every communication with me. Helped me with a replacement canvas for my motorcycle garage. The Garage is top notch for my motorcycle. Quality product. Canvas outside in 18" of snow, rain, heavy winds, 115° heat. I think in didn't get the snow off soon enough turned to ice. My fault it ripped. Thanks Quictent.”
