“I ordered a Carport and I am very pleased with what I bought, the only problem that I had was 4 bent poles that were replaced for me very fast. I am very pleased with the help that I received from Yummy and know the if I have other problems that I will be helped fast. Please know that I am impressed with the quality of the product and the quality of the people that you have working for you. Thanks Yummy for all your help in my pole issue.”

“Quictent has been a great purchase. Prior to this purchase, the wind would take our portable garage and tear it to bits, bending poles and launching them. With the Quictent locking system, as well as cable system, this tent can withstand very high winds. Unfortunately, it can’t withstand gusts over 60mph, but my bad for testing it. I would definitely recommend their products, and their great customer service to anyone needing a strong and good looking product.”

“Needed a replacement canopy for my three year old carport that has been beat-up through every New England storm for the last three years, and is still serviceable. Couldn't find the replacement option on the website. Reached out to email support and a gentleman named "Green" walked me through the process of purchasing a new canopy, at a very fair price. His customer support was excellent and Green followed up to make sure I received the canopy and was completely satisfied. Great experience from start to finish. Thanks again Green.”

“I damaged my Quictent car port and was looking replacement parts. I contact Quictent support and assisted me in getting replacement parts as needed. They are sending me replacement parts free of charge even though this was not a warranty issue. They responded to my email timely. I will be needing a replacement car port for our boat slip in the near future and I will be checking Quictent to see what they offer first thing.”

“I purchased a model GM1302 greenhouse tent a few months back. Recent high winds damaged some parts. I sent an email to request how to order replacements for the damaged parts. The parts will be replaced at no charge. I can't ask for better service. Thank you”

“We have owned our 10x30 Quictent for about 4 years now. During the last use, 2 poles bent. I reached out to customer service and Green stepped up. Within days we had 2 new poles delivered. My tent is good as new. This company and the customer service team always go above and beyond.”

“Not only did the tents arrive in a timely manner, they were in perfect condition! We had two small pieces missing - one peg and one of the small ropes. I reached out to customer service and they had them shipped out to me in a day. Amazing response time and very thorough on their follow up. Definitely a great company to work with!!!”

“20' x 10' x 7' Heavy Duty Large Greenhouse 20' x 10' x 7' Large Greenhouse-Green ⁠I ordered this because it looked like just what I needed, just enough space and economical. ⁠I was fairly easy to assemble. I did not finish it the first day because I did not have what I needed to secure it. Even with that it withstood some moderate winds pretty well. I eventually weighed it down with sand and railroad ties It looked pretty sturdy even though I had not anchored it with tiedowns. I made the mistake of leaving one of the doors open over night and We got some pretty tough winds that night which were blowing from a totally different direction from normal, straight at the door... Next morning I came out to a really messed up greenhouse. It had one minor tear in one of the doors, several Velcro straps were ripped out and a lot of the tubing connectors and some of the tube were destroyed. I was kind of discouraged and mad at myself for letting that happen. ⁠I contacted customer service and got relatively immediate reply from Yummy via email. I sent Yummy a list of the damages and I was very surprised that they offered to send me a completely new greenhouse for cost of shipping even though it was my fault, can't beat that for customer service. ⁠I also did some more looking at their products and noticed the 20' x 10' x 7' Heavy Duty Large Greenhouse version with the heavier frame and screws to secure the tubing together and with a couple of support tubes at the corners, so I ordered an additional one of those. I will be putting them side by side with the heavier version blocking the southern side of the original. Both facing the wind block I had built on the normal wind side. ⁠I will be strapping these down before the next heavy wind storm. Also have 60 sandbags waiting for them ⁠Thank You Yummy and Quictents!”
