“While this product isn’t commercial grade, for the cost is definitely a quality product. The frame has held up through several major storms. The cover on mine did tear(mostly my fault), and quictent sent a replacement right away. Jenna with quictent customer service was very helpful.”

“The portable carport was delivered on time and in good condition. The only problem was 2 missing screws. They replaced the screws quickly after one email. Yummy was the CSR who helped us. We recommend the company.”

“Quictent has amazing customer service. I made the mistake of not removing the cover for winter and we had very heavy snow this year. They helped me determine if I needed replacement pieces or a new set up. They got me what I needed as a replacement quickly and at a great price. They stand by their product and I'm very happy with trying them again.”

“High winds damaged my new greenhouse. Customer service requested a list of damaged parts, which I provided. The parts were sent promptly. During installation of those repair parts, a different part failed due to unseen damage from the earlier wind event. Quictent promptly replaced that part. The repaired greenhouse is now functioning as good as new!”

“I needed a replacement tarp for ours. It lasted over 3 years in the direct baking Florida sun. I just needed the overall tarp, not the doors, as those are still going strong. I wasn't sure if I could find just the top tarp. I emailed and Green was super helpful in finding what I needed. He invoiced me for it and just a few days after I paid, it arrived at my door. It was the perfect fit, exactly what I needed. Green's communication was on point, very helpful and nice. So with this review, I am highly complimenting and recommending this company, it's employees and it's products! Thank you very much!”

“I had a couple of parts that were not working properly and was able to get in touch with Green through the email service on the Quictent website. He was able to get those parts replaced and I was able to get my tent set back up this weekend. It was a great customer experience, really appreciate the help and follow up throughout the process!”

“5 stars for Quictent's customer service! The customer service representative, Yummy, who responded to my request, made it super easy to replace a broken canopy frame part. The durability of our 10ft x 10ft pop-up tent is consistent with the price point. I have not seen any other options for the same price that are more durable. However, Quictent's great customer service and available replacement parts make this product a great value!”

“Great Customer service! I have a zipper failure on a 10 X 20 HD green house after the warranty period and was pleasanty surrpised how timely and well Green handled the issue. Because of the customer service and availability of the replacement parts I plan to buy a second greenhouse and double my production. Thanks Green!”

“Had our tent for just over a year and the zipper broke. Contact customer service looking to replace tent sides. Mandy worked with us to get a warranty replacement sent out, and then checked back to make sure we got the package that was sent. Thanks Mandy =]”
