“Quictent provided outstanding service. In addition, we are very happy with the 10 x 10 pop-up tent. A sudden storm prevented us from taking the tent down and damaged the tent, we needed replacement parts. Their response exceeded expectation. The representative by the name of Yummy answered all questions and provided solutions quickly. Highly recommend the product and their representative, Yummy.”

“Cicely from customer service took and helped me Resolve the issue I purchased a 10 x 20 replacement tarp nine months ago and it ripped she replaced it with a new one with bungee cords an expedited it to me promptly thank you Cicely”

“I love my Greenhouse. This is the first one I ever owned. I did a lot of research and the Quictent greenhouse had a lot of good comments online. The last few years my garden has been like a science experiment. I have tried raised beds and gardening in pots but the deer and other wildlife were coming over and having a buffet when I wasn't looking. The greenhouse has completely solved my problem and I have the biggest vegetables ever. Actually I planted way to much and way to close together because my plants don't normally get very big. Next year I know how to space things out better. I'm actually going to get a 2nd Quictent soon so I can grow even more. I totally love it. Great quality, easy to assemble, very durable even when we have has terrible storms and wind.”

The customer service representative, whose name is Yummy, was extremely professional and helpful during the entire process, and was able to provide the part I needed in a very short period of time. “I was very impressed with the galvanized garden bed and the plastic frame for the greenhouse. I did have some concern with the thinness of plastic cover for the greenhouse. I planted several types of vegetable plants. Everything has grown very well. The greenhouse effect is very good. My plastic cover did have several tears along the seam where the zippers are. When I alerted the customer service department I immediately received a replacement cover in the mail. I was there I am very happy with the customer service. Overall this is a very good product. I would concentrate on making the plastic cover a little bit more durable so that it does not tear so easily.”

“For the price, the durable 8x8 Quictent with mesh screening is great. Last year our first one served our purposes beautifully. It was permanently screwed down to our sun-drenched deck at our getaway cottage all summer and fall and withstood all sorts of inclement weather. It kept out the bugs and blocked some of the sun. This year we decided to purchase a fresh clean new one to replace the old one, as we were so pleased with the first one. With this new one, we had some problems with the mesh screening fitting the canopy caused by defects from the factory with the first few. Eventually, through working with their awesome customer service person Cicely, everything was made right. I have never had such great customer service. Quictent backs their product 100%. Every time I emailed Cicely, she got back to me within 24 hours. We now, once again, have an attractive, sturdy screen room on our deck. Quictent was determined to resolve the problem and didn't stop until it was resolved. This kind of determination to fixing a problem is rare in this day and age, and we will not hesitate to purchase a replacement canopy and mesh screening next year after a harsh year on our deck.”

“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wanted to purchase an extra roof as the roof to my previous tent ripped in the wind. I still have the structure which is in great shape, but had to buy a new tent, as the roof was not available. My email was answered immediately, and within a week I had an extra roof to stash away for when this one wears out.”

“Received our pop up canopy very quickly. When putting it up for the first time we noticed a flaw in the screen material which was making it difficult to install properly. Sent an email with a picture of the issue and received a very quick response and remedy. Would definitely buy from this company again, their customer service is outstanding.”

“purchased the 10x9x8 greenhouse tent, inventored contents and a few parts where missing. called company customer service and they sorry and would have replacement parts shipped asap. Three days later all parts arrived. Compant kept in touch to make all my needs were met. Want to thank Quictent for fast resolusion”
