“Great product for the price. Two recommendations:. 1. Assembly instructions need to be more detail. 2. Sand bags are too small, do not provide any significant weight to make it worthwhile to use.”

“Quick delivery. This is my third Quictent greenhouse. I love them and get quality vegetables. I live in northern Michigan where the growing season is short but these greenhouses allow me to have a jump on the season and extend it well into fall”

“I needed a replacement cover for my greenhouse. I called the company and spoke to a very nice and efficient customer service representative, Betty. She quickly resolved my problem and I received the new cover in about 1 week. She and the company provided great service.”

“I really love the customer service Quictent provides. I get all my 8x8 tent accessories from them and they never disappoint. Very fast response and even faster shipping. (I live in Maryland US) Milka helped me with my order for sidewalls and she was great.”

“Ordered and was unable to install for a year do to circumstances. Did not realize had only received 2 of 3 boxes of parts until trying to install. Worked with Jasmine to get the necessary parts quickly and efficiently. The cost was reasonable considering it was out fault on the delay for install. 13' x 20' carport is as described and is of good quality and workmanship. Would not hesitate to order again. Super happy with the experience. Thank you again Jasmine for all your help!”

“From the first contact to after delivery Jasmine has been very helpful in selecting the correct replacement too for our existing cover. We were pleased with Quictent when we orginally ordered a carport cover and after several years we needed the cover replaced and knew we wanted to purchase again. Awesome customer service and quick shipping.”

“there was initially a problem with the shipment of my order; Quictent was very helpful, quick to sort things out with the carrier and replace the order when it couldn't be found. i received the package in great condition and the tent is of amazing quality. really nice unfolding and locking design with strong velcro to attach the cover. everything is made with durable material and will stand up to multiple uses for my sales at flea markets. i would definitely recommend Quictent over any company for similar products.”

“I inherited a 10 x 20 Quictent and wanted to get fresh end covers. Jasmine was super helpful, even though I didn’t have an original order number for her to match pieces to the right structure. I’m looking forward to many years with my Quictent and if I ever need to replace it, it will be with another Quictent. Thank you Jasmine!”
