“The car port for the price is made from decent material. I am happy with the construction and materials. I was missing a metal post when I received my package. I contacted customer support and Honestly didn’t expect to be helped. I was completely wrong the team was so helpfully and expedited my missing part. Just from the customer customer service alone I would purchase this part again!!!”

“I am 70yrs old, my husband is 73yrs old. We had no problem putting up the greenhouse. We did call Cicely in customer service to answer a question and she was great. She requested some info from us. Before our reply wind got the greenhouse. I called to tell her reply not needed..it was gone. She helped us...making one of my dreams come true and sent me a new greenhouse! Yes, I will be ordering from them again! Outside patio room will be next...thanks again to a great company!”

“This is a good company with great customer service. The setup was reasonable, though the instructions could be improved. I overtightened one of the components, and it snapped, and they immediately replaced the part for free. The company backs up its product and I like that. Haven't had it long enough to attest to how it performs with snow load and in bad weather etc, but so far, so good.”

“About 4 years ago I bought a Party Tent from Quictent and due to a storm 4 of my poles broke, when I contacted them Yummy was extremely friendly and within a couple of days I had a replacement sent. Not only were they fast and helpful but Yummy made sure along the way that I was informed about the status of my replacement. I definitely can recommend them and certainly will be a customer again in the future.”

“I purchased a 8x8 pop-up and we are very pleased with it. Set up and tear down is easy. The website says emails for order numbers and tracking will arrive after purchase. That did not happen for some reason. I worked with Betty to resolve the problem, and I was a bit snippy and short with her. For which I apologize! Betty handled the problem professionally and efficiently and our pop-up arrived a day early!....way to go Betty!. Highly recommend Quictents!”

“I like the greenhouse that I purchase from Quictents. I used it to harden off seedlings for planting outside in the garden. I had an issue with stitching coming apart on a seam on one corner of the greenhouse. Quictents resolved the issue as promptly as possible. They have great customer service.”
