“I have had 2 of of these tear apart in less than a year here in Texas, they don't last in the sun and heat. I will never buy another one, if you live in Texas i suggest you dont buy one.”

“I purchased a greenhouse in 2022 and a replacement cover in 2023 due to normal wear from the blazing Texas sun. A few weeks ago, we had a storm with 80mph winds that damaged the cover and 4 or 5 of the aluminum poles. In general, it actually held up very well. I decided to purchase a new replacement. Based on several emails I had from Quictent, I unfortunately ordered the wrong size greenhouse and found that out after it arrived. WARNING! Apparently once you break the tape on the shipping box, you CANNOT get a refund. I pulled 4 poles out of the box in preparation for assembly and noticed I had ordered the wrong greenhouse. I put everything back in the box (screw package was never opened, poles removed were wrapped again with shrink wrap as original, and everythng was back in the box as I received it). So, full admission, I ordered the wrong greenhouse but there is no refund for returning it even with a restocking fee. So I placed the box out on the curb this morning so the trash men can haul off my brand new unused greenhouse because it will not fit on the foundation I built for the old one. BE AWARE that they will not give you a refund of any kind once the tape has been broken on the shipping box. I checked it was VERY HARD to get a refund in the choices below because IMPOSSIBLE was not a choice. I also chose over 14 days as to how long the refund took because NEVER RECEIVED ONE was not a choice.”

“One time use and one the joints seems to have broken/come off. There was a little rain water that caught on the top and that side of the top bent with the ground stakes in tact. The installation was quite easy though. Really liked it when it is originally set up. The rain happened 5-6 hr after set up. Didn’t get a chance to request the warranty yet”

“We ordered two greenhouses and only received one. We have not received any notification that there is a delay in the second one so hopefully we will receive it sometime soon. A few years ago w ordered a carport style enclosure and were quite satisfied with that so when we wanted to get greenhouses we went straight to the Quictent website. We are much less impressed with the quality. The poles are very flimsy and would not withstand much wind so we have completely reinforced with other posts. If we could, we would just like to cancel the second greenhouse that we have not received and get reimbursed for that second one.”

“Frame didn't last a day with wind. Need better frame support. We had three rope tie downs and still couldn't hold it to the ground. We will build something more solid and hopefully be able to use the cover. Would not recommend this greenhouse.”

“I bought it 10 expecting the base to be 11 by 11 as advertised. We have a cement pad that is 10 x 10, so we needed something bigger than our pad. The top of the tent was 11 by 11 but the base was 10 x 10 there for didn't do us any good. We ended up ordering from another company to get what we actually needed now we're stuck with a gazebo we don't need or want that's okay”

“Bought a cover for our 5th wheel camper - as we put it on one of the rear buckles came off - I had to re sew it - to be able to use it. Do not expect this cover to last more than a season - poorly manufactured.”

“This product advertises to protect from rain and sun. The fabric is very thin and does not fit snug on frame. Stakes are so thin that they do not hold frame tightly to the ground. When you attach a side, it becomes a sail even in the slightest wind. What protection does that give you and your belongings? Great concept but poor materials. Sorry I bought this QuikTent. I would not recommend it to anyone.!!”
