“The process of buying and receiving my parcel was simple and on time. I love the minimalist style of the shoes and they feel pretty stiff to me which some reviews said they weren’t as stiff as maybe racier shoes. The only downside is they run a bit narrow for me personally, but I can loosen them off if required on longer rides. A wide shoe option would be amazing!”

“I would rather not have to download an app in order to track my package. And if I am forced to do so, at least I would like the app to be accurate. It has said the package has been delivered 2 hours ago for the last 12 hours. No package. Even if the shoes are so comfortable I have an orgasm, and they peddle the bike by themselves I am not at a point I can recommend them.”

“I recently bought a pair of QUIOC shoes. They are beautifully made but unfortunately were too small, despite my best efforts to calculate the shoe size from the charts. The shoes are also quite narrow so, if ordering I would err on the size up next time (I am normally size 45, I ordered 46 but would re-order size 47).”

“This is the first pair of Quoc's I've had and I'm impressed. They're great shoes both in terms of performance and looks. Sizing is very small - I had to go a 1.5 UK sizes larger (I'm a 9.5 and eventually settled on an 11!). The returns were a bit of a pain - I had to return the original purchase and get that refunded (which seemed to take an age) and then buy a larger size as a separate transaction.”

“This a response for the 2nd request for a review of my shoes. I have not received them as of yet. Maybe hold the request for a review for a month or so after purchase so one can provide an accurate review. Looking forward to trying them. Thx.”

“My experience with QUOC has been excellent. I ordered a pair of QUOC x Restrap sandals online on 11th May. After I completed and paid for my order, I received a discount code for 10% off my first order. After I pointed out to QUOC Customer Service that I had already made my first order, the discount was applied retroactively to that order. Thank you QUOC. My order arrived in Malaysia on 15th May. Excellent delivery time for a product that was shipped from the UK. All in all, this was an excellent experience with QUOC.”

“I've been doing road cycling for the past 15 years, QUOC are my first ever pair of mtb/gravel shoes and I'm pretty sure, because of the feeling, comfort and power transmission, these are the best option in the market.”

“Fantastic shoes but my only complaint is that I bought a pair and got 20% off but I needed a bigger size and because you can’t exchange only send back and repurchase I had to pay full price. So not as happy as I could of been.”

“I have to say: my feed and Quoc are not a perfect match. BUT: the customer service was really spot on, the quality of the ordered XC shoe was perfect, the options how to customise my shoes awesome and it the look just stunning. It is a petty that my strange feed don’t fit, it would have been as well by look my absolute favourite shoe for Gravel biking!!”
