“Delivery is prompt and well-informed, and the company's published advice (e.g. on fitting) has been very useful. Despite opting out at the checkout, Quoc signed me up for some newsletter after my first order, but they addressed it promptly and politely, which is much better than the response I get from most companies. I remained unsubscribed after my second order, so whatever they did seemed to work! I'd have no concerns ordering from Quoc again.”

“Bought black lace up gravel shoes. I love them and very comfortable. Stylish and stiff. I had to size up though, so you need to consider this when when buying.”

“Rather too early for a real review as I've only used them for about 50 km whilst commuting so far. Some discomfort where the edges of the uppers press into my foot bones, but I'm still experimenting with sock thickness and lace tension. The shoes are a nice fit for my wide feet (I was right between sizes on the Quoc fitting guide, and it is indeed necessary to go up a size if in doubt).”

“First of all, I would like to praise a beautiful, transparent and user-friendly website. I was also positively surprised by the store's response, as they sent the purchased product the same day. The delivery is not the fastest, but if we look at the fact that the product traveled more than 4000 km to my home (that's how much I do by bike in a whole year), the product arrived two days before the announced deadline. The product arrived undamaged in undamaged packaging. There is no point in wasting words on the appearance of cycling shoes, because it is simply perfect. For a practical evaluation, I still have to try the shoes. Thanks QUOC. Gregor from Slovenia”

“Good afterenoon Sorry for the delay in reviewing the shoes I bought, Unfortunately I am not at all enjoying them , The left foot shoe is a lot tighter than the right but also the same shoe is narrower and rubs on my ankle to the point of blistering , I have tried gel shoe strips to see if that helped but not im afraid. I couldnt take them to Mallorca last week due to this and it was the primary reason for the purchase. Again in your T&Cs I cannot not send them back as I have fitted my cleats to them and used them twice but it is only when riding do you know if the fit is correct. When fitting the cleats I thought it was odd that the left cleat I had to lower by 2 measures so the cleat was level with the right one. Not sure what can be done now but it is a lot of money spent not not enjoy what Im sure is a great product. My contact number is 07957 355365 if you should wish to contact me Kind regards Remo”

“Love these Gran Tourer II sand color shoes. So comfortable and a great fit. Toe box is wide enough as not to constrict toe movement or cause any aches or pain, and with the boa system allows you to make them as snug as you want. Love the style, color, and durability too. I went one size up👍🏻 A little on the pricey side but worth it. Bottom line, a great shoe.”
