“Easy to use website. Although the instructions on sizing were clear when the shoes arrived they were definitely too small but QUOC make exchange very quick and easy. Great quality boots.”

“Make sure you don’t have wide feet. If you do these mono 2 will hurt. Also, they won’t return your shoes if they have cleats installed, odd thing is not sure how you supposed to test the fit if you can’t use them at least once.”

Thanks for your feedback. While we try to create shoes for as many foot shapes/sizes as possible, sometimes variations in people's feet will not suit certain shoes. We are available to consult before purchasing via our customer service team, who will happily help you find the right fit. This would help minimise the chance of return and poor fit. Our customer service team are available Mon - Fri 0900 - 1700. As stated in our returns policy found on the returns page items which have been worn or have cleats fitted will be refused as they would no longer be in a saleable condition. This is standard practice for not just cycling shoes but for many other items of outdoor clothing and more pertinent for footwear. See below. "Item(s) can be tried on for sizing but not worn for activity." "Item(s) must be returned with all original packaging intact and with tags attached. Item(s) returned with incomplete or damaged packaging or missing or unattached tags may be refused or subject to a restocking fee." "Item(s) returned as unused/unworn, that have clearly been worn and/or have had cleats attached will be refused." We are sorry that Quoc didn't work out for you this time, but we hope you will return in the future. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

We apologise for not getting back to you sooner and thank you for your order. It appears your initial email was misplaced due to the forwarded email attached to it. Should ever require assistance, this can be done before purchase as stated on our sizing page. We are available Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700 and can offer advice on fit and sizing, as well as any other questions you may have. I can however confirm the choice to choose size EU44 is indeed correct, based on your measurement. “Being new to cycling clothing and footwear,I really have nothing to compare my first purchase of shoes against,but based on style, comfort and fit,the shoe is a very pleasant feel. Easy to walk in off the bike, comfortable to be in for a good majority of the day on and off the bike. They handled a good soaking of rain last night and have dried sufficiently without any British warmth to offer them. I'm sure the more worn to the foot they become the comfort will increase upon each cycle. And using them for the brompton,the clearance upon the peddle is great has some footwear tends to catch on the back roller wheels,these have no problems with connection at all. A worthy investment for your feet.”

“I have just bought a black pair of Chelsea boots. They look great on and off the bike and feel very comfortable for a whole day in the bike shop. THese won't be my last pair of Quoc shoes.”

“Simply feels like a quality shoe. I love the narrow fit around the heel because that fits my foot well. But everyone's different of course. Haven't had the first ride yet, but I'm sure they will be an upgrade to my current shoe.”
