“My first recessed cleat shoes. Just as described - look good, clip in easily after a bit of practice. I tried both 43 and 44 - too small and too big! Thick socks solved the issue. Some more instructions on the care of the shots would be helpful, also they could be slightly more grippy (I slipped a couple of times pushing off today) but overall I’m very pleased.”

“I would rate higher but I paid for 2-3 day shipping and haven’t received anything yet as of day 6. Also DHL says they have no idea where my package is. So the frustration is growing. Is a refund possible at this point because this has gone from being exciting to being a nightmare. Can someone please help.”

“My second pair of these elastic-sided Chelsea boots, already have black, now brown. I went down a size, for a snugger fit, so will see how that goes. As always, the order process was easy, the boots are fabulous with superb construction, and delivery was lightning fast. Happy Xmas to the team”

“First, the shoes are nice and great quality. Second, I followed the QUOC guidelines for meassuring my foot and size. It was a tiny bit too small on the tip so was not good for use. I returned them and had to pay €35,95, this with the € 8 is € 43,95 for nothing. So really unhappy with the return policy. I was going to buy QUOC goods in the future, but because of this i will not. Very disappointed. Would test another size but if its too big i'm stuck again with €43,95. CRAZY Thank you for understanding my problems with this.”
