I did get one quote without a phone call but that only covered part of what I needed and when I requested fuller information so I could do a price comparison, I got an off-hand remark that breakdown recovery "started from £65", so useless.”

“After filling in all my details I expected an on line quote, not to receive numerous phone calls who then started asking me questions I had answered online....what's the point in that, in the end I just didn't answer the phone, would not use or recommend anyone to use your service.”
“Requested quotes for taxi insurance. After spending time entering all my details,i expected to receive them on-line. All i received was an email telling me insurers would call me between 8am and 8pm. One did call at 9am while i was at work. Very disappointed !! Complete waste of my time”
