“The crypto Currency Authorities should monitor every Brokers and Account Managers activities, I lost over $230,000 to unregulated Brokers who convinced me into investing my capital. After some successful trades and my profit increased I made a withdrawal request but surprisingly all my withdrawal requests were declined. I contacted their customer service unit but I was not given a meaningful Reason why my request was declined. I tried all I could to withdraw my fund but no solution , at the end I lost all my capital without a single profit return .In search for help on how to get my money back I was directed to contact Mrs. Doris Ashley. who works with crypto Currency authorities, I contacted him and explained my situation to him. He requested some details about the broker and concerning my investment, I forwarded all the details to him. “This company is a big scam, please don’t invest with them, all they do is ask for more money, I had to report my case and it was handled by Betra, I contacted her through her mail at betramandel [at/@] gmail com , she helped me with my case and within a few days I got back my funds, both my initial deposit and my profits. Try to withdraw your funds now”

“I try to deposit this month 1st amount debited from my bank account and and i got conformation mgs too but still the amount not reflect in trade account send mail to support team they said it will solve within 3 to 5 working days but now nearly 25 working days went still the prob ia not solved yet they saying we can't give approx timeframe to solve what is this what is the problem all other trading platforms solving the probs within 5working days but you guys not doing coz of this all other my friends afraid to use this quotex platform”

“For me I don't trust the site it's easy to deposit but hard to get information about Ur withdrawals. Have seen people complaining about thier money on its page on Facebook. They can't be contacted in Facebook except on it webpage that they won't respond. Have seen people complaining about withdrawal since march till date they haven't been able to get thier money and no response either.”
