“The repair was done well. However I was dissappointed that they could not find my proof of purchase and I had to pay for the repair. I don't know where else I would have purchased it. Also, I was told by a friend of mine that when they do the repairs they also clean the purse. It was not cleaned although no one at the store said this would be done. It would have been a nice touch though.”

There is not much that we can do right now since USPS has your package and it is still moving, and it is not lost. Please try not to worry, if your package stops moving and becomes lost, we will file a claim and reship your order or issue a refund.
