“I mistakenly ordered a bag for my daughter from military uniform not understanding that it was to be made from personal uniform (from retired or lost loved one). When I hadn’t received update and it was getting close to Christmas I called and it was explained to me but since I was charged and no instructions were sent they apologized and they helped me order the next best bag. It was just a couple of days before the Day and they did their best to get my order to me in time but it was a couple of days late. It was my fault for not reading the description but it was a glitch for the system not requesting the uniform. They did their best and were very nice and honest - and the bag for my daughter is beautiful.”

“Generally, I like the bag. The look is great.
It tends to tip over a lot. Does not sit straight. So that is annoying. Also, when I go to pull the clasp to close the zipper it's impossible to just zip shut. You need to grab onto the bags fabric to initiate that pull. On my old canvas bag, I was able to just pull the zipper and shut it. My bag is only about 3 weeks old, so maybe these issues will works themselves out. I hope so. Carol Skotnicki”
