“I’m really disappointed with the response I received from R.Riveter. While they acknowledged my dissatisfaction, they seemed more focused on defending the design rather than addressing my concerns. I ordered 3 heirloom pouches to reflect my husband's Army and police service. I sent them plenty of fabric and patches. The pouches I ordered had patches in awkward placements, and the vendor claimed it was part of the "creative design" to make them unique, but it just felt like poor craftsmanship. The seams and patches were crooked. Beware if you order a heirloom product. Unfortunately, there was no offer of a solution or even an attempt to make things right. I expected better customer service and quality control.”
“R. Riveter bags have quality and craftmanship that is outstanding compared to other bags. I have many "designer" bags but I always prefer to carry a R. Riveter bag since the quality is so amazing. I will admit I am "rough" on handbags yet even my oldest R. Riveter bag still looks brand new.”

I was dredding having to exchange them,but Justine in customer service was so helpful. Justine even kept following up during the process. That kind of customer service is unheard of these days!
