The customer service was definitely lacking on my visit. The one and only R.Riveter salesperson in the store during my visit was lacking the energy and helpfulness I usually receive. The salesperson seemed indifferent that I was there. I’m a diehard Riveter customer. It is the only handbag I choose to purchase and carry. I’m hesitant to return to shop because I do not believe I will receive the customer service that should be offered.
I purchased the grey Augusta nearly a year ago and the R.Riveter signature is peeling off. I wonder if Riveter may remedy this with a sewn on logo tag that now seems to the tag attached in the updated Augusta.”
