“Shoes arrived damaged (obviously damaged before sending as they had red pen marks on them) tried all methods of communication with no response. Have since been told they’ve gone into administration. They knowingly sold faulty items and are now not offering replacements or refunds!”
“I concur with a previous review, I was sent shoes in very dodgy looking packaging and would like to return them, but deliberately or otherwise any information to return the shoes was missing. I've tried emailing, sent messages on FB, messenger, Instagram, have called several times, left a voicemail and nothing....no response. I am deeply concerned that they are no longer operating but are nevertheless continuing to take orders, taking people's money with no intention of refunding and not making people aware of their financial situation and the risks that people have with placing their orders. Their shoes may be beautiful, but if this is the case, it is shockingly immoral behaviour. I guess BUYER BEWARE.”
“Customer service has been appalling. I sent e-mails and received no reply. I called numerous times and no-one answered. I messaged on Facebook and got no reply. I commented on a post on Facebook and others commented agreeing that the customer service was terrible and had similar 'service'. I actually didn't want a refund, I wanted to exchange the shoes for another pair that weren't damaged. Now, however, after this experience, I will never order from Rachel Simpson again. To note, I am still waiting on my refund. You really need to sort out your customer service. If zero stars were an option, I would have put that.”

“We ordered sandals for my daughters wedding and the delivery was extremely prompt. They were boxed lovely and contained an additional shoe bag. The fit of the shoes were perfect and so comfortable. I ordered a heeled pair which I was concerned would become uncomfortable but have worn them for half a day to get used to them and were so comfy. excellent quality”

They are fantastically comfortable and the sizing chart was hugely helpful when trying to figure out which ones to go with. So delighted with them and can't wait for the day I get to wear them!!”

“Sadly, whilst I usually love Rachel Simpson shoes and service, my latest purchase from the outlet was disappointing. I ordered a pair of shoes and matching bag, receiving a pair of odd-sized shoes. Whilst Natalie was very helpful and initially succeeded in ordering me a replacement pair, I was subsequently told that these were out of stock despite having received a confirmation of order.
As a consequence I’ve had to return the odd shoes and the bag at my own expense.
I made a second purchase through the full price store which was successfully fulfilled.”
“I placed my order on July 23rd and received it on August 26th. The order contained the wrong color shoes and were a lot larger than expected (they had advised on the size to order). I was sent a mint in the same model but not the navy blue that I had ordered. I contacted via email but their response was super slow. They said (via email) that they would try to get me another pair but that never happened (I was just a week from my wedding). I trusted that they would get back to me and last minute they said they couldn't promise another pair and wanted me to keep the shoes I had and take a substantial discount. But the shoes did not fit and were not the shoes I wanted! Also, returning the shoes has been another hassle because the price to return is nearly the cost of the shoes. I let them know this and still got no response. I just want a refund and will return their shoes if they provide a label. I am truly disappointed. I understand there are mixups sometimes but completely dismissing my emails and not returning my money is unacceptable.”

I found shipping and communication around shipment were challenging. I ordered my shoes June 26th, received them September 8th. I had been getting nervous about the wait time and contacted customer service. The replies, only 2 of 3 inquiries, were brief and said they will shipping on week of x. No one could give further details. The reply said there was no way to have it ship faster. But also could not give me an expected date of arrival....
Unhappy with shipping and customer care. So if you have 3 months to wait on shoes... buy this product.”
