“SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT! They charge the minimum, under $30, so that they don’t get into too much trouble when they take your money without you actually receiving the product you paid for. They tell you it’s coming, it’s coming, but it never does. When I asked for my money back they stopped responding. Low life, sad, pathetic excuse for a “business”.”

“I have had the same experience as 'Anonymous' (4 months ago.) I have a metal implant in my finger and once again there was no mention of that in the advertising or I wouldn't have purchased it. I have emailed 3 times now and haven't heard a thing back in 9 days. I have phoned (from NZ) to New York and been cut off twice after sitting on the phone waiting for it to be answered. I am very disappointed by this and it was very expensive. Something needs to be done. I want my money back The co. has never got back to me, I haven't been able to get a refund yet and can't see that happening as they won't even contact me back”

“IT'S A SCAM. When I received the product, I read the user manual. It had a laundry list of health conditions that would make it inadvisable to use the Radiance One handset - including having any metal implants. I have had 2 hip replacements. This was never mentioned in the ads or during the ordering process, so I called the company. After being disconnected twice I finally got through & they confirmed that I should not use the product & to send it back. Then they sent me an email stating my options: I could either send it back to CHINA at my OWN EXPENSE OR re-explain why I couldn't use the product, keep it & get a 30% refund. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOES THIS? They made it clear that if I didn't send the tracking code I would not get my refund. When I went to the post office, they said you only get a tracking code if you send it first priority mail, which means I had to pay $66.30 to return a product that, had I been given ALL the information up front, I never would have ordered in the first place. In the end, it probably would have been cheaper to accept the 30%, but it was the principal of the thing. If you order a product & can't use it, you should get ALL your money back- including shipping costs. Not 30%. I feel like I got scammed. Never again. From now on I will only do business with reputable companies based in the USA.”

“The Retailer Caresole, from whom I ordered 2 Radiance One gave me a very bad Service. They never answered the phone and I sent 2 emails and they did not respond. Therefore I decided to cancel the order through my credit card.”

“DO NOT use this website/company. Paid for an item which never arrived. Should have gone with my initial feeling about a company which in "contact us" has no phone no or address. Fortunately, I paid using PayPal and when I raised a claim they did not respond to PP and I was refunded my money by PP. Their company is UK Skincare Online - look them up on Company House - they have just set up and have no accounts. So once again I would advise you to not use them”
