“I ordered a radiator on line and recieved an email back within a few minutes. Ialso recieved a voice mail telling me to call. I callef back and was informed there were two radiators for my vehicle. I confirmed the size i needed and was told i had orded the wrong one. Thankfully they checked to make sure i recieved the correct one. Great service so thankful that they checked before sending the wrong one we all know how retunig things go just a lot of hassel.

“The radiator they sent, despite the description saying my exact vehicle make/model/trim DID NOT FIT. Had to buy one from the mechanic instead and have to return this one.
Edit: they did offer a refund after jumping through a few hoops (they wanted me to cover return shipping costs). Not the ideal outcome but I’m satisfied.”
