“When it arrived the box had a big hole in it radiator not damaged. The people that were handling it should be more careful because it doesn't belong to them”
“Well, the first radiator I ordered showed up in the box broken had a hole in it. I don’t think that had anything to do with you guys though I think UPS did it. And you didn’t even question it you exchanged it without a problem thank you”
“The radiator you specified that would fit my truck the bushings did not alone with the bold holes into the frame arm so i had To bore new holes into the frame to hold it in place. Also the tracking showed that my package had shipped but sat in the same spot for 4 days before making an over night trip to Houston to arrive a day before it was due to be put on.”
