“The PC is awesome, thank you! Runs way better than expected and looks fantastic too. Getting 2000 fps on Minecraft with the right optimisations and also runs other games like Fortnite extremely well. Thanks again!”

“Revising my review give it 3 stars Overall the PC looks great and the quality is good but like I said before if your staff did the right thing and give me the correct part and send it on time I will give you five stars so far I giving you 3 stars , my response is Poor communication, poor customer service and barely any communication regarding shipping.”

“Radium PCS is an excellent prebuilt gaming PC company. They shipped my order fairly quickly (considering it was Christmas) and got back to me when I emailed them. PC arrived in perfect condition with very clear instructions. Overall very happy with the purchase.”

“Their customer service is near exceptional and the quality of the pcs are outstanding, although I think there should be more guidance for people who aren't as tech savvy or knowledgeable on pcs possibly in the form of basic instructions. The pc was even better than I expected and the descriptions were accurate and reliable.”

“After weeks of searching and approaching various PC builders and browsing websites, David was the only one that was fully accomodating and happy to tailor my PC to suit my needs, wants and must haves! Super friendly, great service, awesome computer knowledge. The PC Radium built for me is exactly how I wanted it and beats all expectations as well as being perfectly priced and right within my budget. “Very good PC, had a question though. On the Tiktok preview on the pc (Arrow LVL X) it shows it can run 300 fps in fortnite performance mode, but I only get up to 180, is that an issue with the PC? But overall can run multiple games and is a great PC to start on. Recommend it alot.”

“It was my first time getting a pc and I didn’t know what to expect. We didnt get any notifications on if it was sent so I sent an email they replied very quickly and said they would send it that day it didn’t take long for it to arrive and once I got it the instructions were very helpful although it didn’t say anything about the antennas which I didn’t know what to do with them once I got it working it runs very smoothly and quietly and I’m happy with it so far”
