“So far my experience with Radium pcs has been terrible, on Wednesday day the pc was setup only to turn it on and find out there is a problem with the fans they make a really loud grinding sound so we tried to contact support only to receive and automated email saying we contacted outside of business hours and we will be contacted the next day and guess what nothing we heard nothing Thursday so Friday we tried calling multiple times and again no response so another email was sent with again no response now we will have to wait until Monday for a POTENTIAL response at this point I am appalled at there customer service”

“Really happy with my new PC from Radium PCs! It's playing all of my games at 1440p with high/very high settings and high framerates. It was easy to set up when it arrived and I was gaming soon after. I'm new to the world of PCs, but it's been a breeze because of this pre-built machine. Would highly recommend buying from Radium PCs.”

“Amazing PC! Very happy with my new gaming setup. Its just amazing not to have any lag, and be able to use the very high settings on all games! Thanks Radium. Very quiet system as well. My only gripe is that it did take 2+ weeks to arrive, which I put down to the EOFY rush, but the 2-3 day tag on your website can be misleading. Besides that though, I'm already looking to get another for our son.”

“Extremely happy with my purchase. Radium has amazing PC packages with the latest NVIDIA 5090 graphics card at very reaonable prices. I'm impressed with their quality. Everything was put together and tested extremley well. Very easy for me to get started immediately. They were flexible to allow me to customise parts of my PC package outside of the advertised specs which was fantastic.”

“For me this was a big Purchase. I know how to turn a computer on and off, that's about it. So, all the specs and jargon mean very little to me. I spoke to the presales team and explained what I mostly use my 10-year-old computer for and what my budget was and relied on them. The new computer arrived a short while later, and we were advised at each stage what was happening. The day it arrived was both exciting and a little frightening. I spent the afternoon loading programs, etc. Then the moment of truth arrived. With the domestic manager and financial appropriation manager watching, I used the computer to try to do something Fortunately, all went well. However, turning it off was another story. We contacted support and had a reply. Yes, the reply offered simple, yet effective action. Very happy and grateful to the team for looking after my needs”

“What a mad looking pc, all labels including the case, all parts are gaming spec, and the 36 month warrenty n best bang for ya buck, even the case is a band name gaming spec, couldnt be happier, n the prices fucken wow, cos me to build exact same prolli be 200 bux more give or take”
