I have been using post workout smoothies for the last few months. I am a we bit older at 58 so recovery has become a lot harder. I find the smoothies really help with the recovery from pack training (10 to 15 Kms with a 30 kg pack) I Radix service is exxellent, fast delivery so I have ordered some of the breakfasts to try.
