“I'm a coach and personal trainer leading a group of everyday athletes lifting, running, swimming, racing and playing. I'm an advociate for a whole foods diet and have gone against the grain of supplementation for the longest time. In saying that, if you're going to do it, do it right! Radix is a NZ based company with a factory I can drive past on the way to visiting mates in Hamilton. Their ethhos alligns with mine when it comes to whole food with the addition of convenience. When my athletes are away and need to meet their pre-competition nutrition goals, there's only one recomdation from me, Radix.”

“Easy as good nutrition for overnight and traveling when there is limited access to dietary requirements. I use the LOW FODMAP range. For me this is the perfect meal for on the go. Makes staying on a specific diet easy. No more reqrets of making bad food choices and the consequences of an upset stomach. One tip is to use PeriPeri style rice & quinoa - leave for 20 mins and it becomes light & fluffy. Add sheep cheese ( naturally low in lactose) and some greens. Best $10-15 meal you will have away from home. 😋”
