“Customer service via email is excellent.. Replies to enquiries were dealt with promptly. Ordering process and shipping times were faultless.. I have no complaints. I am yet to try the products purchased, but the packaging is practical. Very happy customer”

“Fast delivery but unfortunately the products have been placed in a box that was way too big without any packing material to fill the space so products have been moving in the box a lot and arrived partially damaged.”

“The company appears to be very approachable and go out of their way to listen to their customers. We received a personal call from their CEO, no less, when we had a query, that resulted in an order being placed. This order was dispatched within 24 hours and arrived in good time. The product is as described on the website. As our diet is whole food plant-based, we still have some reservations about the amount of processing involved in the manufacture but as we do 5-12 day remote through hikes and cycle trips, in far less than ideal food preservation conditions, it is the best we can get for the weight. Certainly, Vegans, Vegetarians and animal protein eaters should have no reservations. The taste is good but we tend to add more water than the amount recommended on the packet as this gives a better texture for us but this is our personal preference. All in all an excellent company to deal with and a product worthy of attention, particularly for the weight-conscious, long-distance remote traveler.”
