“The dress sizing chart was waaaay off. I measured my daughter and ordered accordingly. She was swimming in the size 6. Fit more like an 8/10. I was not able to get a replacement dress or a refund. Will not be back sadly.”

“Absolutely loved the dress! It was beautiful & fit perfect! Loved the quick delivery and packaging was something I’ve never seen! Returning was just as easy. Have already recommended Rainey’s Closet!”

“Our dress was stunning in person and in perfect condition. My daughter felt beautiful! It arrived right on schedule and we had everything we needed to make the return shipment seamless. We will definitely be using Rainey’s Closet again!”

“Family photos is always an ordeal. Matching outfits, time of year, etc. I had no idea I could rent beautiful, high end outfits for my kids! I was going to order from Australia and realized It wouldn’t arrive in time. Then I can across Rainey’s. Great selection, service, and prices. Easy process and they provided everything needed to do a seamless return! Thank you! I will be renting again and again!”

“I mixed up the dates for my daughter's photo shoot. I needed the dress on Sunday and placed the order on Thursday and emailed their customer service - Ruth went out of her way to help me. I paid the extra shipping fee and ta-da the dress arrived Saturday morning in excellent condition along with all of the beautiful coordinating accessories. I will most definitely be renting from them in the future.”

“The dress is beautiful! My daughter wore it for family photos and it looked so good, very elegant looking. The only thing I would say is the color is not a true red, it’s more like a raspberry color.”
